Michele Gordon serves as both a licensed real estate agent and the Director of Operations for The Premtaj Team at Compass New Jersey LLC, where she plays an integral role in overseeing the team’s day-to-day operations and supporting each transaction from start to finish.
Drawing from her background in finance and her previous role as Vice President at Chase Manhattan Bank, Michele brings a high level of financial insight, organization, and analytical expertise to every aspect of the business. Her ability to manage complex details, anticipate needs, and solve problems efficiently ensures a seamless experience for clients and team members alike.
In her dual capacity, Michele is deeply involved in transaction coordination, operational strategy, client communication, and marketing execution- serving as the connective tissue that allows the team to operate at the highest level. Known for her exceptional multitasking skills, attention to detail, and calm, solution-oriented approach, she is widely respected for keeping even the most complex transactions running smoothly.
Michele’s disciplined mindset is rooted in her experience as a Division I basketball player at Manhattan University, where she developed the leadership, resilience, and teamwork that continue to define her professional approach today.
