With more than 25 years of executive leadership experience, Wendy is known for her calm confidence, thoughtful negotiation skills, and ability to navigate complex transactions with ease. Her hands-on experience buying, selling, renovating, and thoughtfully preparing homes for market allows her to guide clients with insight, preparation, and care. She has a natural talent for home prepping and staging- helping sellers present their properties in a way that feels elevated, inviting, and market-ready while maximizing visual impact and buyer appeal from the very first showing.
Prior to real estate, Wendy held senior leadership roles in the retail sector, overseeing a private brand portfolio exceeding $4 billion in annual sales and managing a national team of more than 250 associates. Today, her real estate clients benefit from that same operational expertise and her ability to build consensus and move transactions smoothly to closing.
Raised in Rockland County and now residing in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey, Wendy is an invaluable resource for clients transitioning from city to suburban living. Her dual licensure in New York and New Jersey provides flexibility and expanded market access for buyers and sellers.
Outside of real estate, Wendy is actively involved with The Acceleration Project, supporting BIPOC- and woman-owned small businesses. She enjoys creative pursuits, travel, and spending time with her family- often at her home in Asbury Park.
