WELCOME TO WYCKOFF

Set at the base of the Ramapo Mountains, Wyckoff is a town defined by space, tradition, and a sense of ease that feels increasingly rare. With roots dating back to the 1700s and a landscape shaped by open lawns, mature trees, and established neighborhoods, the Township of Wyckoff comprises seven square miles and is only 27 miles from New York City.

The town’s character is understated yet enduring- where homes are thoughtfully positioned on generous parcels and daily life unfolds at a more intentional pace. Wyckoff’s housing stock reflects a blend of classic architecture and modern refinement. From well-maintained ranches and traditional colonials to expanded homes and newer construction, the town offers a variety of options- often set on expansive, landscaped lots.

The defining feature across price points is space- both inside and out- creating a sense of openness that distinguishes Wyckoff from more densely developed neighboring communities.
